4largelettuce leaves
1/2avocado(approximately 100g)
12cherry tomatoes(halved)
Instructions
Grill chicken breasts and turkey bacon.
Chop up the chicken into small pieces and separate into 4 equal portions.
Chop up avocado into small chunks and separate into 4 equal portions.
Lay out individual lettuce leaves. Top each lettuce piece with chicken, 1 slice of turkey bacon (cut up into pieces), 6 halved cherry tomatoes & avocado pieces.
Wrap up and enjoy!
