Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the ribs in a medium bowl. Pour mixture over the ribs.
If baking in the oven, place the ribs in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 60-90 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
If preparing in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
