Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish. Stir in milk.
Dip bread in egg mixture, let sit for a few minutes, turn a few times to coat both sides evenly. (Power Slice bread is very dense, therefore needs to soak much longer than regular bread to absorb egg mixture)
Lightly spray nonstick pan with cooking oil. Heat up to medium.
Cook bread slice on medium heat until browned on both sides. (if there is leftover egg mixture, pour it evenly on top of each side of bread while cooking)
Remove from pan, top with syrup and enjoy!
