Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil and pre-heat on medium.
Pour mixture into frying pan, turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, depending on your pan/stove. Flip pancake and cook on other side for another 2 - 3 minutes.(Key is to not overcook, as protein cooked much faster than flour and will get too dry)
Remove from heat and top with tbsp of yogurt and enjoy!
