- 130 grams Raw Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 small Carrots (50g) Chopped
- 4 stalks Celery (70g) Chopped
- 100 grams It's Skinny Pasta
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Cut up chicken into chunks and brown in a pot. Pour in broth, add chopped up carrots and celery.
Cook on med heat until liquid slightly reduced and vegetables are soft (approx 15 min). Reduce heat to low.
Prepare It's Skinny Pasta according to direction on package.
Transfer noodles to bowl, cover with cooked chicken and vegetable "soup" and enjoy!
