Pickle Submarine Sandwich

- 1 Pickle
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie-Free Dressing Thousand Island
- 4 slices Ham Extra Lean (5% fat or less)
- 15 grams Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Sliced
- 1 Tomato Sliced
Slice pickle in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds.
Spread mustard and Walden Farms dressing on the bottom “bun” of the pickles.
Top with ham, cheese, and tomatoes.
Top with the other pickle “bun” and serve.
