Pickle Submarine Sandwich
Elite Training Facility
- 1 Pickle
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie-Free Dressing Thousand Island
- 4 slices Ham Extra Lean (5% fat or less)
- 15 grams Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Sliced
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- Slice pickle in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds. 
- Spread mustard and Walden Farms dressing on the bottom “bun” of the pickles. 
- Top with ham, cheese, and tomatoes.  
- Top with the other pickle “bun” and serve.
