In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add Quest Bar® pieces and almond milk. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Return to microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Stir in Protein Powder, almond meal, chocolate chips, butter, and cocoa powder. Add sweetener, egg white, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Spray two 4-inch ramekins with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter evenly into each ramekin. Bake for 16 to 17 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen. Flip upside down onto a plate. Serve immediately.
