- 1 lb Raw Ground Beef Extra Lean
- 1 cup Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
- 1 slice Dimpflmeier Bakery Power Slice Bread (Bread Crumbs)
- 1/4 cup Egg Whites
- 3 tbsp Walden Farms 0 Calorie BBQ Sauce
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Shredded
Toppings
- BBQ Sauce
- Pickles Thinly Sliced
- Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
Toast slice of Dimpflmeier Bakery’s Power Slice™ Bread, then using a blender or food processor make into bread crumbs.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except cheese.
Evenly fill muffin pan, and smooth out the tops.
Bake until firm with lightly browned edges, about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted, about 3 minutes.
