- 60 grams Mixed Greens
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander
- 100 grams Zucchini Ribboned
- 1 Carrot Chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Celery Stalk Chopped
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seed
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms BBQ Sauce
- 8 slices Roast Beef
- 3 tbsp Walden Farms Zesty Italian Dressing
Put salad leaves and coriander in a bowl.
Add ribboned zucchini and chopped pepper, carrot, celery and toasted seeds.
In a small bowl mix the Walden Farms BBQ Sauce & cooked beef slices.
Add the beef slices to bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Drizzle the dressing and serve.
To make zucchini ribbons: Trim the ends of the zucchini. Use a vegetable peeler to carefully slice the vegetable lengthways into long, thin ribbons.
