Walden Farms Caesar Dressing
Instructions
Grill chicken breast. Slice up into small strips or chunks.
Measure out 80g to use for salad. Refrigerate remainder.
Grill 1 slice of back bacon. I like to grill it a little longer than normally for a crispier finish. Cut up into small pieces.
Cut up ½ slice of Dimpflmeier Carb Smart™ Bread into small pieces, crouton size (approx. 16 – 18 pieces).
Place on a non-stick baking sheet and toast in the over or toaster oven. The small pieces toast up fairly quick so keep an eye on them not to burn.
Flip pieces halfway through. Shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes on each side.
Shred lettuce into bowl.
Top with chicken and back bacon pieces. Pour desired amount of Walden Farms Caesar dressing on salad.
Top with Carb Smart croutons and crumbled pressed dry cottage cheese. Enjoy!
