Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker, salt & pepper lightly, pour in Walden Farms BBQ sauce (just enough to cover the pork.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook for approx. 4 hours, until meat is easy to pull apart.
Pull pork apart with 2 forks and stir to even out all the flavours.
Cut up one slice of Dimpflmeier Carb Smart™ Bread into 9 even squares.
Place on baking sheet and toast in oven (or toaster oven), flip pieces halfway through to get both sides crispy (approx 3 min on each side).
Take bread pieces out and place on plate.
Drizzle 1/2 tsp of Walden Farms Creamy Dressing on each piece of bread.
Place one slice of cucumber on each slice. Weigh out 50g of pulled pork, distribute evenly between bread pieces.
Add hot pepper on top, and drizzle with 1/2 tsp of Walden Farms Coleslaw dressing.
Enjoy! Refrigerate remainder of pork for future enjoyment. :)
