double if you like a very minty flavour

add a few more if you like a thicker shake

Whipped Topping:

Vanilla Protein Powder

Source O Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Shake:
In a blender, blend all ingredients (for shake part) until thick and smooth.Pour into two cups.
Whipped Topping:
Mix Protein Powders & yogurt until smooth.Add to a piping bag and add on top off each shake.
Serve & enjoy!
