Shred the cheese. (or I prefer to use my mini food processor for a very fine grind)
Using a mini food processor or blender, blend pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and option of red pepper flakes if you like a spicy sauce.
Slice turkey pepperoni sticks to your preferred thickness.
Lightly spray a non-stick pan with cooking oil
Heat up wraps on medium heat until lightly crisp on the bottom, & flip over.
Top wraps with blended pasta sauce, shredded cheese and sliced turkey pepperoni.
Cover pan with lid and cook on medium-low heat until cheese starts melting.
Option: top with sliced tomato & hot peppers and continue cooking till all the cheese is melted and top ingredients feel warm.
