Tomato and Dill Tuna Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Boston Lettuce (Bib)
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • 1 Scallion Sliced
  • 1/4 cup (55g) Pressed Dry Cottage Cheese
  • 1 can(85g) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna- Dill & Lemon
  • 1 can(85g) Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Tomato & Onion

Instructions
 

  • Take 8 individual lettuce leaves and lay flat onto a cutting board.
  • Place along the spine of each leaf, equal amounts:
    Farmer's Cheese (approx 6.9g), and Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna - Dill & Lemon and Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna- Tomato & OnionĀ  (approx 10.6g of each).
  • Top with diced tomato and sliced scallion.
  • Fold in short (opposite) sides. Then roll along long (other) side to wrap lettuce.
    If required, secure each with a toothpick.
    Serve immediately.
