Vegetarian Mini Protein Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice Dimpflmeier Carb Smart Bread
  • 1/4 cup Pressed Dry Cottage Cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Walden Farms Creamy Dressing
  • 1 slices Cucumber
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • Hot Peppers or Hot Sauce Optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut Dimpflmeier Carb Smart™ Bread slice into 4 even pieces and toast in a toaster oven.
  • While bread is toasting, mix cottage cheese with Walden Farms Dressing to a paste consistency.
  • Take bread out of oven. Pour a little Walden Farms Dressing on each piece of bread. Top with even amounts of cottage cheese paste. 
  • Add lettuce, cucumber and hot peppers.
    Enjoy!!
