Summer Salad with Grilled Chicken and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 5 cups Mixed Greens
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Almonds Slivered
- 200 grams Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cooked & Chopped
- 2 tbsp Walden Farms 0 Calorie Salad Dressing Superfruit or Honey Balsamic
Instructions
- Grill chicken breast and cut up into chunks.
- In a large bowl, toss the greens, blueberries, almonds and salad dressing until well mixed.
- Separate into 2 equal portions. (into 2 salad bowls) & Add 100g chicken breast chunks to each bowl. Enjoy!
Notes
For this recipe, we like the sweeter dressings such as SuperFruit or Honey Balsamic! However, you can use your favourites in this recipe!
