Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sweet Pepper (200g)
  • 6 slices Stemmler's Smoked Back Bacon Fat Removed
  • 2 slices Hayter's Turkey Bacon
  • 2 sticks Noah Martin's Turkey Pepperoni Chopped into small pieces
  • 30 grams Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Tomato Thinly sliced
  • Hot Peppers (Optional)
  • 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. (275 if using a toaster oven)
  • Cut sweet pepper in half lengthwise, and remove ribs and seeds.
  • Place 1 tbsp of pizza sauce on bottom of each pepper. Cut turkey bacon slices in half.  Top inside of each pepper half with 3 slices of back bacon and 1 slice of turkey bacon, alternating meats. Cover with 1 tbsp of pizza sauce. 
  • Top each pepper with 15g of shredded cheese and 1 mini turkey pepperoni (cut into small pieces). Bake for 15 minutes.  
  • Remove from oven.  Add sliced tomato and hot peppers (optional) and return to oven for another 5 - 10 minutes, or till cheese is completely melted.
    Remove from oven & enjoy!
