Ground Chicken Cabbage

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium Cabbage
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add a little bit of oil to a frying pan and preheat it on a medium heat.
  • Add the meat, and season with salt and pepper and fry it until it’s lightly browned.
  • Separate the chicken into smaller bits with a spatula as it cooks. Combine the chicken and the sauteed cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Continue stirring.
  • Serve hot with a dollop of Greek yogurt. (approx. 40 mL)
