Turkey Breast with Raspberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing
- 1 tsp Orange Peel Finely Shredded
- 1/2 cup Farm Boy Hot Salsa
- 1-2 lbs Turkey Breasts Halved
Instructions
- Stir together raspberry jam, Walden Farms Honey Dijon dressing and orange peel.Stir 3 tablespoons of the jam mixture into salsa. Cover and chill jam mixture and salsa mixture. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place turkey breast in a roasting pan.Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour; brushing occasionally with reserved jam mixture.Return to oven and roast until the juices run clear and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees F (65 degrees C), about 30 more minutes.Remove turkey from oven and cover with foil. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing; serve with salsa mixture. Garnish with orange peel strips, if desired.
