Turkey Breast with Raspberry Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam
  • 1 tbsp Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing
  • 1 tsp Orange Peel Finely Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy Hot Salsa
  • 1-2 lbs Turkey Breasts Halved

Instructions
 

  • Stir together raspberry jam, Walden Farms Honey Dijon dressing and orange peel.
    Stir 3 tablespoons of the jam mixture into salsa. Cover and chill jam mixture and salsa mixture.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 
    Place turkey breast in a roasting pan.
    Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour; brushing occasionally with reserved jam mixture.
    Return to oven and roast until the juices run clear and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reads 165 degrees F (65 degrees C), about 30 more minutes.
    Remove turkey from oven and cover with foil. 
    Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing; serve with salsa mixture.
    Garnish with orange peel strips, if desired.
