Elite Frozen Protein Pops
Ingredients
- 1 Pure Protein Bar, Strawberry
- 1 scoop LeanFit Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 pouch No Sugar Added Strawberry Jell-o Powder (5g)
- 1 cup Ice
- 6 Popsicle Sticks
Instructions
- Chop up the protein bar into small squares.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into large size silicone molds. Mine are 2" cubes. Fills six 2" cubes
- Freeze for 1 hour, then add popsicle stick to middle of each cube.
- Freeze until protein cubes become solid. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes 2 servings, 3 frozen pops per serving.
Tip:  If your frozen pop is hard to get out of the mold, run a butter knife under hot water and use to separate from the molds. Â
