Elite Frozen Protein Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pure Protein Bar, Strawberry
  • 1 scoop LeanFit Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 pouch No Sugar Added Strawberry Jell-o Powder (5g)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 6 Popsicle Sticks

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the protein bar into small squares.
  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into large size silicone molds. Mine are 2" cubes. Fills six 2" cubes
  • Freeze for 1 hour, then add popsicle stick to middle of each cube.
  • Freeze until protein cubes become solid. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes 2 servings, 3 frozen pops per serving.
Tip:    If your frozen pop is hard to get out of the mold, run a butter knife under hot water and use to separate from the molds.
