Ingredients
  

  • 9 slices Cucmber
  • 50 grams Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp Walden Farms BBQ Sauce
  • 1 slice Turkey Bacon
  • 2 tsp Walden Farms Creamy Dressing - French
  • Spring Mix
  • Hot Pepper Rings Optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook turkey bacon in pan or on grill.  Let cool and cut into 9 equal pieces.
  • Slice up grilled chicken breast into small pieces & mix in Walden Farms BBQ sauce.
  • In a separate bowl mix cottage cheese with Walden Farms creamy dressing.
  • Layout the cucumber slices and top with cottage cheese mix. Add 1 piece of turkey bacon, a small piece of greens, and an equal amount of chicken.
    Optional: Top with a hot pepper ring for an extra kick
