BLC Club Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 9 slices Cucmber
- 50 grams Grilled Chicken Breast
- 1 tbsp Walden Farms BBQ Sauce
- 1 slice Turkey Bacon
- 2 tsp Walden Farms Creamy Dressing - French
- Spring Mix
- Hot Pepper Rings Optional
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in pan or on grill. Let cool and cut into 9 equal pieces.
- Slice up grilled chicken breast into small pieces & mix in Walden Farms BBQ sauce.
- Layout the cucumber slices and top with cottage cheese mix. Add 1 piece of turkey bacon, a small piece of greens, and an equal amount of chicken.Optional: Top with a hot pepper ring for an extra kickYum! Yum!
