Buffalo Chicken Salad in a Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt Fat Free
  • 1/4 tsp Ranch Dressing or Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbled
  • 3 oz Cooked Chicken Breast Skinless
  • 2 tsp Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Carrots Diced
  • 1/4 cup Celery Diced

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt with seasoning mix. Stir in lettuce and blue cheese.
  • Coat chicken with hot sauce.
  • In a tall glass, layer half of each of ingredient: lettuce mixture, diced veggies, and saucy chicken. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
