Holiday Orange-Glazed Ham
Ingredients
- 7 lb bone-in-ham
- 16 whole cloves
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Put ham in roasting pan, fat side up. Score diamonds on the fat side of the ham and put a clove in the center of each one. Bake on bottom rack of oven about 1 hour.
- Mix marmalade, sugar, and mustard together in a bowl. Remove ham from oven and coat with glaze.
- Cook ham about 1 hour longer or until internal temperature reaches 140 F, glazing it twice.
- Remove ham from oven and let stand 30 minutes.
- Serve in 4 oz portions. Enjoy!
