Holiday Orange-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 7 lb bone-in-ham
  • 16 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • Put ham in roasting pan, fat side up. Score diamonds on the fat side of the ham and put a clove in the center of each one. Bake on bottom rack of oven about 1 hour.
  • Mix marmalade, sugar, and mustard together in a bowl. Remove ham from oven and coat with glaze.
  • Cook ham about 1 hour longer or until internal temperature reaches 140 F, glazing it twice.
  • Remove ham from oven and let stand 30 minutes.
  • Serve in 4 oz portions. Enjoy!
