Red Velvet Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar ®
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Red Food Colouring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Crumble Quest Bar® into small pieces and bake for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- In a mini blender add milk, red food coloring, cashew butter, both protein powders, zero calorie sweetener, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
- Let chill in fridge for at least 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Before enjoying top pudding with Quest Bar® crumbles.
