Vegetarian Mini Protein Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 slice Dimpflmeier Carb Smart Bread
- 1/4 cup Pressed Dry Cottage Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp Walden Farms Creamy Dressing
- 1 slices Cucumber
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- Hot Peppers or Hot Sauce Optional
Instructions
- Cut Dimpflmeier Carb Smart™ Bread slice into 4 even pieces and toast in a toaster oven.
- While bread is toasting, mix cottage cheese with Walden Farms Dressing to a paste consistency.
- Take bread out of oven. Pour a little Walden Farms Dressing on each piece of bread. Top with even amounts of cottage cheese paste.
- Add lettuce, cucumber and hot peppers.Enjoy!!
