A NeuroFitness Specialist is a Health and Fitness professional who is trained in applied neuroscience. I can help you reach your fitness goals by training your brain and body using a neuro-based system of movement.

You will be taken through a series of exercises that challenge your nervous system and muscles, blending balance, motor control, strength and cognition to support real world and athletic performance.

The BARE Workout is unlike anything you’ve tried before! Designed by Dr. Emily Sphihcal (Human Movement Specialist, Podiatrist & founder of The Evidence Based Fitness Academy), this barefoot balance training program stimulates your body from the ground up.
