Buffalo Wing Meatballs With Ranch Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey (we recommend Hayter's Farm)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion (finely)
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (plus extra for the coating)
  • 2 tbsp egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup your favourite Walden Farms 0-Calorie Ranch Dressing (Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, or Bacon Ranch)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients, except Walden Farm dressing.
  • Firmly and evenly form mix into 24 meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, for about 5 minutes. 
  • Brush with Frank's Red Hot sauce.
  • Serve meatballs with your choice of Walden Farms dip. Enjoy!
