Low Carb Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop MVP protein powder Any Flavour
  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Icelandic Style Skyr 0% Yogurt Vanilla
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 tbsp Icelandic Style Skyr 0% Yogurt (Topping)

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 4 ingredients till completely smooth. 
  • Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil and pre-heat on medium.
  • Pour mixture into frying pan, turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 2 - 3  minutes, depending on your pan/stove.  Flip pancake and cook on other side for another 2 - 3 minutes.(Key is to not overcook, as protein cooked much faster than flour and will get too dry)
  • Remove from heat and top with tbsp of yogurt and enjoy!
