Low Carb Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 scoop MVP protein powder Any Flavour
- 1/4 cup Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Icelandic Style Skyr 0% Yogurt Vanilla
- Cooking Spray
- 1 tbsp Icelandic Style Skyr 0% Yogurt (Topping)
Instructions
- Mix first 4 ingredients till completely smooth.
- Lightly spray a non-stick frying pan with cooking oil and pre-heat on medium.
- Pour mixture into frying pan, turn heat down to medium-low and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, depending on your pan/stove. Flip pancake and cook on other side for another 2 - 3 minutes.(Key is to not overcook, as protein cooked much faster than flour and will get too dry)
- Remove from heat and top with tbsp of yogurt and enjoy!
