Ingredients
  

  • 130 grams Raw Chicken Breast Boneless, Skinless
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 small Carrots (50g) Chopped
  • 4 stalks Celery (70g) Chopped
  • 100 grams It's Skinny Pasta
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut up chicken into chunks and brown in a pot. Pour in broth, add chopped up carrots and celery. 
  • Cook on med heat until liquid slightly reduced and vegetables are soft (approx 15 min). Reduce heat to low.
  • Prepare It's Skinny Pasta according to direction on package.  
  • Transfer noodles to bowl, cover with cooked chicken and vegetable "soup" and enjoy!
