  • 1/2 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350F
  • Take out a muffin pan and coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Chop up your celery and red onion.
  • Combine all of your ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Evenly distribute your mix into the muffin spots.
