BBE Carb Smart Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 7-8 leaves Romaine Lettuce Approx. 100 grams
  • 80 grams Grilled Chicken Breast
  • 1 slice Back Bacon
  • 20 grams Dry Pressed Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 slice Dimpflmeier Carb Smart Bread (Croutons)
  • Walden Farms Caesar Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Grill chicken breast. Slice up into small strips or chunks.
  • Measure out 80g to use for salad. Refrigerate remainder.
  • Grill 1 slice of back bacon. I like to grill it a little longer than normally for a crispier finish. Cut up into small pieces.
  • Cut up ½ slice of Dimpflmeier Carb Smart™ Bread into small pieces, crouton size (approx. 16 – 18 pieces).
  • Place on a non-stick baking sheet and toast in the over or toaster oven. The small pieces toast up fairly quick so keep an eye on them not to burn.
  • Flip pieces halfway through. Shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes on each side.
  • Shred lettuce into bowl.
  • Top with chicken and back bacon pieces. Pour desired amount of Walden Farms Caesar dressing on salad.
  • Top with Carb Smart croutons and crumbled pressed dry cottage cheese. Enjoy!
