Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 150 g Source O Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 or 5 drops green liquid food colouring
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract double if you like a very minty flavour
  • 12 large ice cubes add a few more if you like a thicker shake
  • 1/2 cup water

Whipped Topping:

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 50 g Source O Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Shake:
    In a blender, blend all ingredients (for shake part) until thick and smooth.Pour into two cups.
  • Whipped Topping:
    Mix Protein Powders & yogurt until smooth.Add to a piping bag and add on top off each shake. 
  • Serve & enjoy!
