BLT Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (3 oz each)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (Hayter's Farm)
  • 4 tbsp Walden Farms 0-Calorie Salad Dressing (I like using Caesar, but any flavour will work)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 avocado (approximately 100g)
  • 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions
 

  • Grill chicken breasts and turkey bacon.
  • Chop up the chicken into small pieces and separate into 4 equal portions.
  • Chop up avocado into small chunks and separate into 4 equal portions. 
  • Lay out individual lettuce leaves. Top each lettuce piece with chicken, 1 slice of turkey bacon (cut up into pieces), 6 halved cherry tomatoes & avocado pieces.
  • Wrap up and enjoy!
