Buffalo Wing Meatballs With Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey (we recommend Hayter's Farm)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (finely)
- 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (plus extra for the coating)
- 2 tbsp egg whites
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup your favourite Walden Farms 0-Calorie Ranch Dressing (Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, or Bacon Ranch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients, except Walden Farm dressing.
- Firmly and evenly form mix into 24 meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, for about 5 minutes.
- Brush with Frank's Red Hot sauce.
- Serve meatballs with your choice of Walden Farms dip. Enjoy!
