Dijon Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 4 halved chicken breasts no skin, no bone
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 5 T soy sauce low sodium
- 3 oz white wine or light sherry
- 4 T Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a skillet cook garlic in oil until aromatic.
- Add chicken, saute until brown on both sides.
- Mix remaining ingredients well.
- Pour over chicken, turn heat down to medium-low.
- Cook chicken until done.
- Pour sauce over chicken - Enjoy!
