Ingredients
  

  • 4 halved chicken breasts no skin, no bone
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 5 T soy sauce low sodium
  • 3 oz white wine or light sherry
  • 4 T Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet cook garlic in oil until aromatic.
  • Add chicken, saute until brown on both sides.
  • Mix remaining ingredients well.
  • Pour over chicken, turn heat down to medium-low.
  • Cook chicken until done.
  • Pour sauce over chicken - Enjoy!
