Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Raw Ground Beef Extra Lean
  • 1 cup Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
  • 1 slice Dimpflmeier Bakery Power Slice Bread (Bread Crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites
  • 3 tbsp Walden Farms 0 Calorie BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Shredded

Toppings

  • BBQ Sauce
  • Pickles Thinly Sliced
  • Tomatoes Thinly Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  • Toast slice of Dimpflmeier Bakery’s Power Slice™ Bread, then using a blender or food processor make into bread crumbs.
  • In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except cheese.
  • Evenly fill muffin pan, and smooth out the tops.
  • Bake until firm with lightly browned edges, about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted, about 3 minutes.
