Mini Meatloaves with Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb Raw Ground Beef Extra Lean
- 1 cup Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
- 1 slice Dimpflmeier Bakery Power Slice Bread (Bread Crumbs)
- 1/4 cup Egg Whites
- 3 tbsp Walden Farms 0 Calorie BBQ Sauce
- 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Shredded
Toppings
- BBQ Sauce
- Pickles Thinly Sliced
- Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
- Toast slice of Dimpflmeier Bakery’s Power Slice™ Bread, then using a blender or food processor make into bread crumbs.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except cheese.
- Evenly fill muffin pan, and smooth out the tops.
- Bake until firm with lightly browned edges, about 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until melted, about 3 minutes.
