Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pickle
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms Calorie-Free Dressing Thousand Island
  • 4 slices Ham Extra Lean (5% fat or less)
  • 15 grams Black Diamond High Protein Cheese Sliced
  • 1 Tomato Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice pickle in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, scoop out the seeds.
  • Spread mustard and Walden Farms dressing on the bottom “bun” of the pickles.
  • Top with ham, cheese, and tomatoes.
  • Top with the other pickle “bun” and serve.
