Tomato Bun Tuna Melt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Dry Pressed Cottage Cheese (Farmers Cheese)
  • 1 can (7oz) Light Tuna in Water Drained
  • 2 tsp Capers Chopped
  • pinch Dried Dill
  • 4 Large Slicing Tomatoes Cored and Cut Lengthwise
  • 4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Arrange rack in upper third of oven. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Combine dressing and cottage cheese in a medium bowl.
  • Mix in tuna, breaking up the chunks. Add capers, dill and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Set tomato halves on foil, cut-side up. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among 4 of the halves.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Broil until the cheese is melted, 4 to 6 minutes.
  • Top with the other tomato half. Let cool slightly before serving.
